Option to track friend requests I've made
In an add-on called "Unfriend Finder" there's an option to track friend requests you have made, and get notified if they turn you down. It would be nice to have that option also on Better Facebook.
Facebook does not have a way for me to see my pending friend requests (some of which I might actually prefer to delete). Can that be built into a future version of Social Fixer?
an extension that I tried in the last few days (unfriend finder) makes sort of a snapshot of the friend database and monitors who unfriends you. It also had a capability that I mentioned and I think others had, it was able to see people that you had requested friends of that were still pending. Since its a greasemonkey script, that might be something useful if you can get the kinks of it out (when I enabled it, it appeared that my posts (or a lot of them at least) stopped tabbing to filters. Just a bit of suggestion if your brain can figure it out.
Not sure that this is something you can do, but if you can, it would be a HUGE help since facebook seems to like to 'smack peoples hand' on adding people. Since the information can't be given when you try to add someone (ie add for farmville), there are lots of denied requests, and it seems after a few of them, facebook tries to think you are a bot or something.
Anyhow, at the moment, it doesn't appear you can see pending friends requests (used to be able to), if you can luck up and find that information, that would be a very handy dandy thing to add.
Hey, is it possible to add something that lets you know when your friend request is declined or which requests have been declined?

Given FB's recent friendly reception of unfriend trackers, I can't imagine they would allow this option to live. Which is too bad.
This request should remain here for the tiny possibility that they might relent and allow it...

Most of this information can be found using the following link - hopefully it can be incorporated into SFx in the future.

btw, a way to hide the "Add Friend" link (that I mentioned in my previous post) is to add the following CSS to Social Fixer. I am not sure whether it has any unwanted side-effects tho.

I love Social Fixer - thank you for developing it! :) I agree with this suggestion. In the right-hand column of a person's News Feed is sometimes a list of random people that Facebook deems as "People you may know". However, I almost never know these people, and I find it pretty annoying, especially as now and then I click the "Add friend" link by accident and the link to the person is replaced by another, making it impossible to easily undo the request. The only way I have discovered to determine the name of the person to whom the link was sent is to request a copy of my full data, by going to Account Settings > Download a copy of your facebook data > expanded archive, however, this can take over an hour to be ready.
Hence, this idea to provide a list of sent friend requests would be great if it was like the friend tracker list? Also, it would be good to be able to remove those "Add friends" links, so that I have to go to a person's profile page before being able to add them. This would allow requests to be easily undone.
Thank you for your help, and your obvious hard work!

If you have enabled Subscribers on your profile, you should be able to see outstanding friend requests there. It looks like facebook automatically sets anyone up as a subscriber to you if you send them a friend request and when you look at the list, those that fall into this category are tagged as such.

There's another extension called Unfriend Finder which can show you your pending friend requests, but be aware that it DOES conflict with Social Fixer a bit.

When I go to a page for someone I have sent a friend request, there is still a button that reads "Friend request pending" and has a class of "FriendRequestOutgoing" which could be read by BF. What you may have to do is have an option to add the people you want to befriend onto an internal list for BF to check against.

Correct, Chris. With FB, if you sent a request to Bob, and went to Bob's page, the "request" button would be replaced by a non-clickable button that read "Friend request pending", or words to that effect. You could not send a re-request until Bob declined your request.
FB removed that design a few months back, which is why the other plugin you mention stopped working. It would need to 'see' who you sent requests to, and could go request those pages and check the status of the request button, if it still read "pending" or was back to a functional request button.
In an effort to increase linking between people (and increase our value as marketable databits) FB removed the "only one request at a time" framework. Without that, without a visible difference of a given page, there's no way to do this.
There's a FB app called "Pending Friend Requests" but it doesn't work and hasn't for awhile.....i have NO way to see who still hasn't accepted my requests.

The greasemonkey script "Unfriend Finder" does this fantastically. Would be great if BFB could pull this off.
